New Direction Health Care Solutions proudly supports The Lighthouse Project, a collaborative initiative led by CONNECT Ministries and Greater Warner Church. Exciting progress has been made as the Burlington Lighthouse enters the design phase following a thorough structural analysis conducted by volunteer Bobby Haines of Haines Structural Group and Doug Kennedy of Johnson & Galyon Construction. The analysis focused on assessing the existing conditions of the former Greater Warner sanctuary and education building in Burlington, which the Lighthouse aims to transform into a versatile community center.

During a recent stakeholder meeting, design volunteer Gregor Smee, AIA, from Smee+ Busby Architects presented the assessment, engaging the gathered locals in a productive Q&A session. The Lighthouse’s Board of Directors now faces the decision of either renovating or demolishing the existing buildings. Once this crucial step is completed, we will swiftly move forward with programming and designing the envisioned multi-use community center.

At New Direction Health Care Solutions, we are proud to be part of The Lighthouse Project and look forward to the positive impact this transformative initiative will have on the Burlington community. Stay tuned for further updates as we continue to make progress towards our shared vision.
