We’re delighted to share the highlights of our recent Free COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic, held in partnership with the Community Action Committee (CAC) and New Direction Health Care Solutions. On Thursday, August 17, from 10 AM to 1 PM, the Ross Building at 2247 Western Avenue was abuzz with excitement and community spirit.

The event exceeded expectations, providing complimentary COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations to participants. In addition to safeguarding their health, attendees received a FREE $10 gift card and goodie bag, while enjoying fun activities throughout the day. The clinic’s resounding success showcased the robust partnership between CAC and New Direction, emphasizing the power of community organizations uniting for a common cause.

This event was made possible through support from the Administration for Community Living, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the National Council on Aging.
