On October 5, 2024, head to East Knoxville’s Burlington Community for “A Health Festival – A Community Resource, Information, and Health Fair.” This event will offer mobile screening units, informational vendor tables, recreational and nutritional activities, partnerships with local organizations and providers, healthy food options, food trucks, and more. Expected attendance at the festival is anticipated to be around 500 participants, with potential for even greater turnout.
