We are proud to share our recent community initiative in collaboration with Connect Ministries. New Direction Health Care Solutions, together with Connect Ministries, provided essential Survival Kits, food, and service guidance at the Magnolia Avenue United Methodist Church.

Supporting Our Community: Our commitment to community health and well-being extends beyond our clinic walls. We understand the challenges faced by individuals and families, especially during these times. This is why we joined hands with Connect Ministries to offer a helping hand to those in need.

What We Provided: The Survival Kits we distributed contained essential supplies and resources to assist our community members. These kits are designed to provide immediate support and guidance, ensuring that our neighbors have access to necessities during challenging times.
